Trustly is seeking a seasoned regulatory compliance professional to supportSlimPay's regulatory compliance programme in Paris. You will work closely with the EU/UK Chief Compliance Officer to obtain licences, map licences to products, and manage regulatory reporting across Europe.

The role requires strong knowledge of EU/ French payments regulation, experience with three-line defence, and fluency in French and English.

Competenze

• 5+ years of compliance, risk management and/or regulatory experience in payments or financial services.
• Knowledge of EU and French payments regulation (PSD2, AML/CTF) is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.

Mansioni

• Support the compliance strategy and regulatory licensing for SlimPay in Paris.
• Maintain licences and authorisations; map licences to products and services.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting, investigations, and remediation with the 3-lines-of-defence model.
• Prepare for regulatory examinations, inspections, and information requests.
• Oversee outsourcing and data privacy/compliance controls across entities.
