Job summary

Jobgether SRL is partnering with a crypto-compliance leader in France to hire a Compliance Officer (Regulatory Focus). You will draft regulatory submissions, implement MiCA CASP, TFR/Travel Rule, DORA, and AML controls, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate complex rules into practical policies and controls.

This remote-first role offers four hours overlap with Europe-wide teams and the chance to shape regulatory readiness and governance across a fast-evolving cryptoasset

Qualifications

• 5+ years in regulatory compliance for cryptoassets.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK FCA cryptoasset regulatory application process and post-authorization MiCA CASP implementation.
• Develop regulatory policies and governance documentation (conflicts of interest, complaints handling, custody, reporting).
• Design and document TFR and Travel Rule frameworks for cryptoasset transfers.
