Eaton Corporation is seeking a Regional Senior Key Account Manager to lead strategic global OEM relationships across the EMEA region with a strong emphasis on data center cooling solutions.

The role allows remote work across the European Union, focusing on multi-country coordination and cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, and operations teams. You will drive growth by aligning customer roadmaps with Eaton’s PMCC offerings and leading complex negotiations.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years in B2B sales and key account management.
• Direct experience in Data Center cooling systems is required.
• Ability to sell complex engineered solutions to OEMs; manage long sales cycles.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for global OEM customers across EMEA.
• Identify customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
• Lead implementation of customer requirements and commercial agreements.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to track performance.
• Manage end-to-end sales pipeline, including forecasting and quotes.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to increase value for customers.
• Build and grow strategic OEM relationships with focus on data center cooling.
• Expand Eaton’s footprint by identifying new applications and stakeholders.
• Develop account strategies aligned with customer roadmaps and Eaton capabilities.
• Serve as voice of the customer internally across sales, product, engineering, and operations.
