Job summary

Freudenberg Group is seeking a regional sales/marketing professional based in a home office in France to develop the southern markets, engage with OEMs, end-users and distributors, and expand the product portfolio with high-value solutions.

The role involves fieldwork across multiple departments with weekly overnight stays, collaborating with market managers, application engineers and the team leader for the Southern sales area.

Qualifications

• Ideally holding dual technical and commercial qualifications.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing mechanical or chemical products for manufacturers or distributors.
• Solution-oriented with a hunter mentality and client focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop the regional market (specific departments) by building customer loyalty with OEMs and end-users.
• Engage with distributor partners and expand the portfolio by acquiring new accounts.
• Provide technical and commercial advice, offering high-value solutions, and ensure service quality.
• Travel for fieldwork with 2–3 overnight stays per week and coordinate with market managers and engineers.
