Job summary

VOI seeks a Safety Manager for France to lead health and safety across French operations with oversight for Italy and Spain. You will ensure compliance with local law and VOI standards, and drive safer, more efficient operations across the region.

You will develop policies, maintain risk assessments, conduct audits and investigations, deliver training, and coordinate with external consultants and health services to continuously improve safety performance.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in occupational health and safety.
• Proven experience in an HSE management role across sites or countries.
• Strong knowledge of French health and safety law (Code du travail, DUERP, CSE/CSSCT).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain health and safety policies in France in line with central standards and French law.
• Own the DUERP and site risk assessments for warehouses, logistics areas and offices.
• Review safety data, conduct audits, incidents investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate or deliver health and safety training in France.
• Manage external health and safety consultants in Italy and Spain.
