Job summary

VOI is seeking a Safety Manager for France to lead health and safety across French operations, with oversight for Italy and Spain. You will develop, implement and monitor policies to meet French law and VOI standards, partnering with market leadership, warehouses, and HR.

You will own the DUERP and site risk assessments, conduct audits, analyze incidents, coordinate training, and manage external consultants in Italy and Spain.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain health and safety policies in France, aligned with central standards and French law.
• Own and maintain DUERP and site risk assessments for French warehouses, logistics areas and offices.
• Review safety data, accidents, near misses and safety-critical events to identify trends and prevention measures.
• Conduct audits, inspections and incident investigations across warehouses, field operations, transportation and battery handling processes.
• Support safe use of equipment, machinery, lithium-ion batteries and hazardous substances with ADR/CSTMD and ICPE requirements.
• Collaborate with CSE/CSSCT, health services, external consultants and inspectors for compliance and improvement.
• Coordinate or deliver health and safety training in France, including first aid, fire safety and evacuation training.
• Manage external health and safety consultants in Italy and Spain, ensuring quality and alignment with Voi standards.
