Job summary

Royal Canin, based in Aimargues near Montpellier, seeks a Business Process Owner for capacity and supply network strategic planning. You will own the RCCP framework and ensure end-to-end visibility on capacity vs demand across all horizons, collaborating with Industrial Engineering and planning teams worldwide.

You will drive adoption of standard processes, manage data quality, and lead change, training, and governance across factories and regions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain management, planning, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or engineering.
• Experience owning or managing large-scale cross-functional planning processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and program management.
• Strategic thinking with business acumen.
• Data literacy and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Global Process Ownership for production capacity management (RCCP + long term).
• Ensure governance, data quality, and single source of truth for capacity data.
• Provide end-to-end visibility on capacity vs demand across horizons.
• Drive adoption of standard capacity management processes, including data and tools.
• Enable scenario-based decision support through simulations and what-if analysis.
• Lead change management and training across factories and regions.
