VOI Technology is seeking a Market Development Manager to build and manage relationships with city stakeholders and to grow the company’s footprint across markets. You will report to the General Manager and work with Policy, Operations and Growth teams to optimise performance and profitability at the city level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in business, economics, engineering or similar.
• Professional fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• 3-5+ years of experience in policy, operations or strategy, as a consultant or in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with external stakeholders, e.g. partners, government and media.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects taking multiple diverging stakeholder needs into account.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to a diverse audience.
• Good commercial sense and experience working with P&L, budgets, and business cases.
• Ability to work with analysis of large data sets using Google Sheets or Excel.

Responsabilités

• Build strong relationships with city stakeholders and lead events in collaboration with Public Policy- and Partnerships teams.
• Serve as main point of contact for city stakeholders and ensure contractual compliance.
• Monitor and implement solutions addressing city concerns and measure impact.
• Leverage data and analytics with local operations to optimise efficiency and performance.
• Guard city-level P&Ls and understand drivers of financial performance by city.
• Support tender activities to position VOI as the preferred micromobility partner for cities.
• Collaborate with Growth and Product teams on pricing and product strategy for growth and profitability.
• Identify and lead projects to drive change and optimisation.
