Chanel is seeking a Regional Financial Controller to support performance, pricing governance and cross-functional transformation across Europe for Watches & Fine Jewelry. You will lead pricing reviews, monitor FX impacts, and drive improvements in finance tools and processes.

Key responsibilities include FP&A activities, inventory and margin analysis, and supporting transformation projects while ensuring strong internal controls and governance across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Finance, Business Analysis, FP&A or Audit.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
• Excellent Power BI, Excel and reporting skills are a plus.
• Autonomous, proactive and solution-focused with strong communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Lead pricing review and repricing processes for European markets.
• Monitor FX fluctuations and assess pricing impacts for timely repricing.
• Support inventory valuation, gross margin and monthly/year-end closings.
• Lead closing allocation cycles across Watches & Fine Jewelry Europe scope.
• Promote AI initiatives and data-driven decision making within Finance.
• Contribute to governance, internal control improvements and tool enhancements.
