Chanel, Inc. seeks a Regional Financial Controller for Watches & Fine Jewelry in Europe. The role partners with business teams to drive pricing governance, monitor margin performance, and support monthly closes.

You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, oversee inventory governance, and champion data-driven decision making across Europe. The successful candidate will have 2-3 years in Finance/FP&A, strong analytical skills, and English fluency, with a passion for digital transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Finance, Business Analysis, FP&A or Audit.
• Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights.
• Familiarity with PowerBI and other reporting tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead pricing review and repricing processes for European markets.
• Monitor FX fluctuations and assess pricing impacts for timely repricing.
• Support inventory valuation, gross margin analysis and month-end close.
• Run closing allocation cycles across the W&FJ Europe scope.
• Promote digital transformation and data-driven decision making.
