Midea France is seeking a highly analytical Business Intelligence & Controller to support profitable growth in France. You will act as a business partner between Finance, Sales, Supply Chain and Management, responsible for price governance, planning, and management reporting.

The role requires strong financial analysis, ERP proficiency, and experience in international environments; based in Paris with opportunities for development and international rotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in FP&A, Controlling or Business Analysis.
• Experience in FMCG/Consumer electronics is preferred.
• Experience in an international company is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Review and validate customer price lists from sales channels.
• Analyze product value chain and profitability; ensure pricing aligns with BP.
• Verify margin by customer, product category, and channel.
• Maintain and upload approved price lists into ERP for accurate orders.
• Monitor pricing execution and support optimization initiatives.
• Support annual BP, quarterly forecast, and monthly outlook.
• Monitor monthly sales vs BP.
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, profitability by customer, product, channel.
• Provide recommendations to achieve targets.
• Prepare monthly and YTD performance analysis.
• Develop reporting models and dashboards; present insights to management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and HQ.
