Creative Fabrica is seeking a Reddit & Community Operator to own our presence and growth across Reddit and other online communities. You will identify where audiences spend time, understand culture and rules, participate actively, and generate awareness through authentic, useful contributions.

You will have freedom to experiment with new communities, test approaches, and scale tactics that drive organic conversation around Creative Fabrica.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in internet-native growth roles such as community or audience development.
• Fluent in navigating Reddit, its subreddits, moderation and karma dynamics.
• Experience with Discord, forums and other online communities.
• Proven record of generating meaningful organic engagement.
• Strong written English and adaptable copywriting for various communities.
• Ability to run many small experiments and interpret analytics.

Responsabilités

• Own our presence and organic distribution across Reddit and other communities.
• Identify where our users hang out and understand each community's culture and rules.
• Join conversations genuinely and contribute useful information rather than promotion.
• Create community-native content with product use cases and workflows.
