Qualifications

• Experience in permanent and temporary placements.
• Strong sales aptitude and client-facing skills.
• Experience in a recruitment agency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Developing the client portfolio: prospecting, lead generation, customer retention, networking and events.
• Sales management: negotiating fees, drafting proposals, monitoring satisfaction and invoicing.
• Recruitment: sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, presenting profiles and onboarding coaching.
