Partnaire, cabinet de recrutement, recherche un Network Recruitment Consultant (H/F) pour rejoindre notre équipe et développer le portefeuille client: prospection, génération de leads, fidélisation et intégration dans les réseaux professionnels.

Vous serez chargé de la gestion commerciale (négociation des honoraires, propositions commerciales, suivi de satisfaction et analyse du chiffre d’affaires) et du recrutement (analyse des besoins, sourcing, entretiens, présentation des profils et coaching

Qualifications

• Expérience en recrutement (permanent et temporaire) avec sens commercial.
• Pouvoir travailler de façon autonome et efficace en réseau.
• Aptitude à viser les objectifs et à s’intégrer dans une dynamique d’équipe.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Compensation

Compensation: Fixed base salary + variable bonus. The position is available from September 2026.

Profile

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in recruitment (permanent and temporary placements) with a strong sales aptitude, or with experience in a recruitment agency, for roles such as Recruitment Consultant (in a firm), Recruitment Officer (permanent and temporary placements), Account Manager, or Sales Representative. Experience in recruiting technical profiles is required. As a consultant, you are comfortable working independently. Beyond skills, we are primarily looking for personality and interpersonal skills: enthusiasm, a team spirit, and a drive to succeed in the face of challenges!
