TechTree, an AI-driven recruitment platform, is recruiting for a European defence startup developing a real-time speech-to-text system for hostile environments. The role is Paris-based and on-site, with relocation support available.

You will work in a high-stakes environment with customers in European military and police units. Responsibilities include evaluating models, owning the full pipeline, and turning field recordings into clean, usable datasets.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and adapt commercial and open-source speech models with benchmarks on real field data
• Own the full pipeline: preprocessing degraded signals, VAD, transcription, diarisation, domain fine-tuning
• Turn raw operational recordings into clean datasets
• Ship into a system running live under real operational constraints
