Job summary

Keoni Consulting is seeking a Support Technician to provide Level 1/2 user support for a proprietary Real Estate platform. You will manage incidents, document procedures, and collaborate with product teams to improve the service. The role includes workplace management tasks and onboarding new users to internal tools.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in IT support, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive, autonomous approach. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and ticketing tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IT or application support experience.
• Strong service orientation and ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments.
• Aptitude for working with collaborative tools, SaaS environments and business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/2 user support to platform users (internal & clients).
• Manage, qualify and resolve incident tickets and requests; document procedures.
• Handle Workplace Management: Microsoft 365 environments, onboarding/offboarding, accounts, licenses.
• Train and support users, suggest improvements, and help evolve support services.
