PGIM Real Estate is seeking an Intern Analyst in Paris to contribute across the investment process, including direct and operational real estate, acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions. You will support valuation, cash-flow modelling, market research, and the drafting of memoranda for internal and external use.

The role involves assisting with legal negotiations, due diligence, leasing, and deal execution, with exposure to a multinational team and multiple projects across markets.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a leading business or engineering school.
• Excellent English and French communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn and contribute and therefore being open minded to get staffed on various projects.
• Ability to function in a team-oriented setting as well as demonstrating your own strong initiative.
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task on complex structures/deals with the ability to set priorities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Intern Analyst will work on a wide range of deals, including direct and operational real estate. The Intern will be involved in the full investment process and will assist with acquisition, asset management, portfolio management and disposition duties.
