Schroders in Paris is offering a six-month Investment Analyst Intern position within Schroders Capital Hotel's real estate investment team. You will support origination and execution of deals, build financial models, and prepare presentations for investment committees.

You must be a student at a top-tier business school or university with strong Excel and financial analysis skills, fluent in French and English, and ready to work in a fast-paced private markets environment.

Qualifications

• Student in a top tier Business School, Engineering School or University.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel for financial modelling and P&L analysis.
• Fluent in French and English; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Origination: conduct market research, Excel analysis, draft memos and presentations; build and manage financial models; maintain research files; support board presentations.
• Execution: assist due diligence across commercial, financial, tax, ESG and real estate; help negotiate with sellers/buyers; participate in transaction documents.
• Deal involvement: semi-autonomous in deal analysis and underwriting; actively participate in transactions.
• Team collaboration: work with investment, brokers, operators and partners to advance opportunities.
