Forvia seeks a motivated apprentice to support talent processes across the function, including performance and learning & development. You will help roll out a Europe-wide training plan via Forvia University and manage the VIE community with emphasis on talent acquisition and onboarding, while working from Forvia HQ in Nanterre.

The role requires English fluency and strong MS Office skills. Occasional work from the Forvia HQ will be in Nanterre, France.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

• Contribute to all talent processes for the function, including performance management, talent management, expertise management, learning & development, employee experience... This will include activities related to data analysis, materials preparation, communication, reporting...
• Drive the definition & the roll-out of the training plan for the function in Europe, focusing on soft skills with Forvia internal academy (Forvia University)
• Manage the global R&D & Product Lines VIE Community, with a specific focus on talent acquisition & onboarding for our VIEBuild the HR communication plan for the function, create visual content & coordinate the launch of communications with relevant stakeholders

Your profile and competencies to succeed

We are looking for a motivated, proactive & organized person, with some strong foundation on project management and a passion for talent development. Fluency in English, as well as mastery of the Pack Office (Excel & PowerPoint mostly), are essential. The apprentice will occasionally work from Nanterre, in Forvia HQ.
