Amcor is seeking a Product Design & Innovation Analyst to join the R&D/Innovation Management team for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. You will support development, validation and industrialization of new packaging products, collaborating with global sites and cross-functional teams to achieve quality, performance and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific/engineering discipline.
• Open to recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in R&D or product development.
• Fluent English; good communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Support development, validation and industrialization of new products and technologies.
• Conduct laboratory testing, product validation and performance assessments.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports and qualification protocols.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites to support scale-up and launches.
• Contribute to cost optimization, sustainability and compliance initiatives.
