Amcor is seeking a Product Design & Innovation Analyst to support the development and industrialization of new packaging products within its R&D Development Center. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to sustainability and cost optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Packaging Engineering, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in R&D, product development, manufacturing or technical environment.
• Demonstrated interest in product development, sustainability, or manufacturing processes through internships, university projects, placements, or early career experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional and international teams.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical expertise in product validation, industrialization, and manufacturing processes.

Responsabilités

• Support the execution of R&D projects from concept through validation and industrialization.
• Conduct laboratory testing, product validation and performance assessments.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, reports and qualification protocols.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites to support scale‑up activities and product launches.
• Participate in troubleshooting activities during industrial trials and product implementation.
• Support cost innovation and sustainability initiatives through material, process and design improvements.
• Work closely with Innovation, Expert Centers and Operations teams to ensure project alignment.
• Analyze technical data and provide recommendations to support decision making.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to product performance, quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain awareness of market trends, customer needs and emerging technologies.
• Support business continuity and security of supply initiatives when required.
• Participate in cross-functional project meetings and communicate project progress effectively.
