Amcor is seeking a Product Design & Innovation Analyst to join the R&D/Innovation Management team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in hybrid mode.

You will support development, validation and industrialization of new products and technologies within the R&D Development Center, collaborating with cross-functional and international teams across Europe to drive innovation and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Packaging Engineering, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related scientific/engineering discipline.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the execution of R&D projects from concept through validation and industrialization.
• Conduct laboratory testing, product validation and performance assessments.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports and qualification protocols.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites to support scale-up activities and product launches.
• Participate in troubleshooting during industrial trials and product implementation.
• Support cost innovation and sustainability initiatives through material, process and design improvements.
• Work with Innovation, Expert Centers and Operations teams to ensure project alignment.
• Analyze technical data and provide recommendations for decision making.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of product performance, quality and manufacturing efficiency.
