You will collaborate with manufacturing sites and cross-functional teams to ensure performance, quality and timely launches in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant engineering/science fields.
• Open to recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
• Interest in product development, innovation, or manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective cross-functional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Support execution of R&D projects from concept through validation and industrialization.
• Conduct laboratory testing, product validation and performance assessments.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports and qualification protocols.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites to support scale-up and launches.
• Participate in troubleshooting during trials and implementation.
• Support cost innovation and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate project progress in cross-functional meetings.
