Jugabet is seeking a seasoned mobile user acquisition specialist to plan, test, and optimize campaigns across Google UAC, ASA, Telegram Ads, and X Ads. You will own ASO activities including keyword research and metadata optimization, and collaborate with analytics to drive growth in a highly competitive iGaming environment.

You will design structured tests, evaluate new channels, and manage assets for automated bidding while tracking key metrics like CPA, CPI, ROMI, and retention/LTV.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in mobile user acquisition with hands-on Google UAC and/or ASA experience.
• ASO expertise including keyword optimization, metadata and testing.
• Familiar with AppTweak, ASOMobile or Sensor Tower
• Experience testing or launching campaigns on Telegram/X Ads or similar channels
• Solid understanding of CPA, CPI, ROMI and retention/LTV basics
• Experience with MMP/tracking tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust) and cohort analysis
• Experience in iGaming or regulated/high-competition vertical is essential

• Collaborate with creative, ASO and analytics teams to align roadmaps and insights.
• Monitor store trends and competitor ASO strategies to spot opportunities.
• Track and report on CPA, ROMI, IPM, and conversion metrics.

• Research, test, and launch campaigns on Google UAC, Apple Search Ads (ASA), Telegram Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, and other paid acquisition channels;

• Own App Store Optimization (ASO): keyword research, metadata, creative testing (icons, screenshots, preview videos) to improve organic visibility and conversion rate;

• Continuously identify, evaluate, and pilot new traffic sources and acquisition channels relevant to iGaming;

• Design and run structured tests (creatives, bidding strategies, targeting signals, product pages) to validate new channels before scaling;

• Analyze test results, build hypotheses, and document learnings to inform future acquisition strategy;

• Manage creative asset feeds and audience/conversion signals to optimize automated bidding (UAC, ASA);

• Collaborate with creative, ASO, and analytics teams to align testing roadmaps and share insights across channels;

• Monitor competitor ASO strategies, store trends, and algorithm updates (Google Play, App Store) to spot new opportunities;

• Track and report on channel performance using CPA, ROMI, IPM, conversion rate, and other relevant metrics.

Experience you'll need to bring:

• Proven experience 2+ years in mobile user acquisition, with hands-on work in Google UAC and/or Apple Search Ads;

• Practical experience with ASO — keyword optimization, A/B testing store listings, and working with tools like AppTweak, ASOMobile, or Sensor Tower;

• Experience testing or launching campaigns on Telegram Ads, X Ads, or similar emerging/alternative channels is a strong plus;

• Solid understanding of mobile marketing metrics (CPA, CPI, ROMI, retention/LTV basics);

• Experience with MMP/tracking tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar) and analyzing cohort data;

• Comfortable working with limited historical data and building test plans from scratch;

• Experience in iGaming or another regulated/high-competition vertical is a must.
