Job summary

Alice & Bob, a pioneering quantum computing startup in Paris, seeks a Science Communication Intern to transform research into accessible content. You will work with scientists and marketing to create blogs, visuals, and scripts while maintaining scientific accuracy and brand voice.

The role starts between January and March 2027 for six months. Must be fluent in English with a passion for storytelling and design, and have an interest in deep tech communication.

Qualifications

• Final-year Master’s student in Physics or related field with interest in science communication.
• Fluent in English and able to simplify complex science for a broad audience.
• Experience communicating science or tech in startups or similar environments is a plus.
• Strong eye for on-brand design and clear, accurate storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Turn research papers into blog posts, infographics, and scripts for visuals.
• Interview scientists and brief marketing colleagues after sessions.
• Develop scripts and storyboards for videos and collaborate with designers.
• Support longer formats like reports and white papers.
• Monitor landscape and contribute content ideas; maintain content trackers.
