Job summary

Quandela is seeking a Single Photon Source Lithography Engineer to bridge Advanced R&D and Production, focusing on in-situ localization of quantum dots at cryogenic temperatures and laser lithography over QDs. You will help convert R&D blocks into manufacturable processes and contribute to automation tooling.

The role requires hands-on semiconductor fabrication expertise, DoE-driven optimization, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve process stability and production

Qualifications

• Experience with semiconductor fabrication and cleanroom environments.
• Hands-on experimental work applying rigorous methods.
• Proficiency in Python for GUI/automation development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize and stabilize QD positioning and laser lithography process.
• Contribute to GUI and automation codes in Python.
• Develop fully-automated QD-positioning and lithography tools.
• Validate and qualify new fabrication equipment and processes.
• Define process windows, recipes, operating conditions and acceptance criteria.
• Improve yield, repeatability and across-wafer homogeneity.
• Lead PFMEA activities for critical steps and translate outcomes into controls.
