Job summary

Quandela is seeking a Single Photon Source Lithography Engineer to advance semiconductor fabrication processes, focusing on in-situ localization of quantum dots at cryogenic temperatures and laser lithography over localized QDs. The role blends advanced R&D with manufacturing engineering in a hands-on environment.

You will collaborate with R&D and fabrication teams to improve yield, reproducibility and production throughput, define process windows, and contribute to automation tools and PFMEA

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize and stabilize QD positioning and laser lithography processes.
• Contribute to GUI and automation code development in Python.
• Validate fabrication equipment and associated processes.
• Define process windows, recipes and acceptance criteria.
• Lead or participate in PFMEA and relate controls and documentation.
• Support transfer from R&D to production with clear documentation.
