Job summary

C12 in Paris is seeking a Master’s student to join the Carbon NanoTube Growth team, contributing to the production of carbon nanotubes for quantum processors. The internship focuses on improving yield and quality through experimental protocols and data analysis.

You will work with SEM, EDX, AFM, and mass spectrometry, collaborate with nanofabrication and characterization teams, and report results with rigor. English communication required; two Paris offices, vibrant scientific environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in engineering, physics, chemistry or related field.
• Strong lab experience and rigorous documentation is essential.
• Programming skills (e.g., Python) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on the CNT Growth component of the quantum processor.
• Design experiments to assess how CVD parameters affect CNT growth and device performance.
• Collaborate with characterization and nanofabrication teams to characterize catalyst nanoparticles and CNT properties.
