Job summary

C12 Quantum Electronics in Paris invites motivated Master’s students to join the CNT Growth team as an end-of-studies intern to advance the production science of carbon nanotubes for quantum processors. You will work hands-on in our lab on experimental design, data collection, and analysis, with access to SEM, EDX, AFM, and mass spectrometry, contributing to higher quality CNT growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in engineering, physics, chemistry or related field; end-of-studies internship.
• Hands-on lab experience and a problem-solving mindset; lab/cleanroom experience is a plus.
• Data collection/organization/analysis skills; programming (Python) is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Learn the CVD setup, processes and characterization equipment (SEM, EDX, AFM, mass spectrometry).
• Design experiments to assess CVD parameters on CNT growth and performance.
• Collaborate with characterization and nanofabrication teams to study catalyst nanoparticles and CNT properties.
