Alice & Bob is seeking a Leader of the Hardware Platform Operation (HPO) team in Île-de-France. You will organize daily operations, oversee cryogenic systems, and supervise engineers to ensure up-time and quality.

Expect cross-functional collaboration, budget responsibility, and regular coordination across two sites with occasional travel. The role requires a Master in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Production management, 5+ years in a production or critical infrastructure environment, and

Qualifications

• Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Production management.
• 5+ years in production or critical infrastructure environments.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Fluent in English and French, with strong documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel between Ile-de-France sites and coordinate with multiple teams.

Responsabilités

• Organize, plan and oversee day-to-day operations for the HPO team.
• Lead fabrication, assembly and integration of hardware systems in a production setting.
• Manage budget, resources, and supplier coordination.
• Define SOPs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure quality and traceability.
• Supervise engineers and technicians, and collaborate with HR on hiring.
• Ensure on-time delivery and up-time of cryogenic systems and racks.
