Job summary

Alice & Bob is building the first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer in a state-of-the-art cleanroom. As a Nanofabrication Process Technician, you will transform wafer designs into superconducting quantum circuits and own parts of the equipment to ensure availability and performance.

You will work with advanced nanofabrication tools, monitor process quality, and contribute to throughput and reliability while thriving in a disciplined, hands-on environment requiring rigor and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 3–5 years in semiconductor/nanofabrication.
• Hands-on experience operating cleanroom process equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs with rigor.

Responsibilities

• Execute production and R&D wafer fabrication according to SOPs.
• Operate nanofabrication equipment and monitor process quality.
• Perform routine inspections, calibrations and maintenance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and process robustness.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering teams to support ramp-up.
