Your future role within QRT :

• Join a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment as a desk-facing developer supporting our global cross-asset systematic trading operations.
• Design new tools and industrialize the existing codebase to streamline and optimize traders' daily workflows.
• Build solutions in a highly collaborative environment where time-to-market is critical and user feedback is immediate.
• Own and continuously improve production processes to stay aligned with business objectives.
• Drive ongoing upgrades to the team's technology stack to meet evolving business needs and support QRT's technical growth.
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Strong expertise in Python (required).
• Ability to multitask, manage project priorities effectively, and work collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a front-office environment (a strong advantage).
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud technologies (a plus).
