Ipsen PharmSciences SAS is seeking a Quality Technician to support the Quality Management System within Pharmaceutical Development. You will help maintain quality records, drive compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across development activities.

The role requires 2–5 years in a quality function in pharma, strong organizational and analytical skills, and proficiency with digital quality tools and English/French communication. This is an on-site Paris-based opportunity.”

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in a quality function within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and regulated environments.

• Manage quality records and documentation within electronic quality and document management systems.
• Support quality reporting, performance monitoring, and Quality Management Reviews.

Job Description

Help Shape Quality Excellence in Pharmaceutical Development At Ipsen, we're committed to improving patients' lives through innovation, collaboration, and quality excellence. As a Quality Technician, you'll play an important role in maintaining and strengthening our Quality Management System, helping to support the development of innovative medicines while driving compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Support the deployment and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System across Pharmaceutical Development activities.
• Manage quality records and documentation within electronic quality and document management systems.
• Support quality reporting, performance monitoring, and Quality Management Reviews.
• Coordinate training activities and maintain Learning Management System records.
• Participate in self-inspections and quality compliance activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and help promote a strong quality culture across the organisation.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health-related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• 2-5 years' experience within a Quality function.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and regulated environments.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with digital systems and quality tools.
• French & English (verbal and written)
