Job summary

Ipsen Pharma (SAS) in Paris, France seeks a Clinical and Medical Quality System Trainee to support the Global Quality team. You will contribute to maintaining the Quality Management System for clinical studies managed by IPSEN R&D and Medical Affairs, ensuring compliance with GCP, GVP, and GPP.

The role includes monitoring quality performance, managing eQMS records, and guiding users on required trainings while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and strict EHS adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a life science or related field.
• Excellent command of English and French (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Quality Management System governing clinical studies.
• Monitor quality performance and KPIs for C&M QA.
• Ensure proper management of eQMS records (Quality Events, audits, inspections).
• Guide system users to ensure appropriate training when required.
• Coordinate with process owners to generate and provide training materials for clinical activities.
• Promote continuous improvement and best practices within the QMS.
