Driven by cutting-edge technology, our client is developing next-generation aircraft designed to revolutionise modern mobility. Based in Toulouse, this role offers a key opportunity to shape, drive, and maintain the organisation’s Quality Management System (QMS) across high-standard regulatory environments.
Actively participate in creating, developing, and maintaining the documentation system, including manuals, procedures, and training materials.
Implement core quality processes, including FOD prevention, First Article Inspection (FAI), and anomaly management.
Address non-conformities and lead quality incident management from initial issuance through root cause analysis to final closure.
Set up and deliver internal regulatory training programs across areas like FOD, QMS, and PART 21G
Conduct internal audits covering PART 21J, PART 21G, CAD, SMS, and Special Processes.
Support certification projects (EN 9100, PART 145) and contribute to the ongoing implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS).
Degree level or higher education in Quality Management or a relevant engineering field.
4+ years of experience, ideally gained within the aeronautical or aviation industry.
Strong knowledge of aerospace regulatory standards (EN 9100, Part 21J) and proficiency with quality tools (8D, PPAP, FMEA).
Proven experience conducting internal audits within regulated design or production environments.
Professional fluency in English and in French.
