Emerson is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Nuclear Quality to lead end-to-end nuclear quality across Flow Controls’ global manufacturing and supplier footprint. You will ensure compliance with regulatory nuclear QA specs and regional codes while advancing governance and supplier qualification.

You will drive global audits, develop auditors, expand the Quality Digitalization Suite, and lead training to sustain critical knowledge. Travel about 30% and operate in a global matrix with diverse sites.

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Engineering, Science, Business administration or equivalent.
  • 10+ years’ experience in a senior Operational, Lean or Quality management function in a global organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and one more global language is advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills must have the ability to work with people from different backgrounds and culture.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization.
  • Willing to travel approx. 30% of work time

Responsabilités

  • Ensure global nuclear quality governance and full compliance with regulatory requirements and Corporate Quality policies across all manufacturing sites.
  • Develop and execute the global nuclear audit plan (sites and suppliers), act as primary interface for customer audits, and ensure closure of corrective actions.
  • Qualify and develop nuclear auditors, strengthen customer relationships, reinforce the Nuclear QMS (including ITNS suppliers), and ensure robust document and record control.
  • Maintain and expand the Quality Digitalization Suite and promote intelligent automation and advanced inspection solutions globally.
  • Lead Quality related Trainings and Education across the enterprise to sustain and retain critical to quality knowledge. Deploy and leverage advanced digital technologies to enable instant and efficient trainings across the globe.
  • Ensure product quality compliance, oversee Product/Annual Quality Reviews, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing sites.
  • Report critical quality issues, system failures, and claims/warranties to Executive Management and support effective corrective actions.
  • Define and lead the nuclear supplier qualification, audit, and performance improvement program.
  • Establish and lead the SQE integrated organization per WA and support global operational leadership responsibilities.

Job Description

The Senior Manager, Global Nuclear Quality is accountable for the end‑to‑end nuclear quality program across Flow Controls global nuclear manufacturing and supplier footprint. Ensures compliance and certification readiness to nuclear quality requirements, customer‑specific nuclear QA specs, and applicable regional codes, drives consistent execution across sites, and strengthens the company’s reputation as a trusted nuclear‑grade partner.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Quality Management System, Communication and Development
  • Ensure global nuclear quality governance and full compliance with regulatory requirements and Corporate Quality policies across all manufacturing sites.
  • Develop and execute the global nuclear audit plan (sites and suppliers), act as primary interface for customer audits, and ensure closure of corrective actions.
  • Qualify and develop nuclear auditors, strengthen customer relationships, reinforce the Nuclear QMS (including ITNS suppliers), and ensure robust document and record control.
Digitization, Intelligent Automation
  • Maintain and expand the Quality Digitalization Suite and promote intelligent automation and advanced inspection solutions globally.
Training and Education
  • Lead Quality related Trainings and Education across the enterprise to sustain and retain critical to quality knowledge. Deploy and leverage advanced digital technologies to enable instant and efficient trainings across the globe.
Product Quality Compliance, Continuous Improvement and Claim/Warranty process
  • Ensure product quality compliance, oversee Product/Annual Quality Reviews, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing sites.
  • Report critical quality issues, system failures, and claims/warranties to Executive Management and support effective corrective actions.
Supplier Quality program
  • Define and lead the nuclear supplier qualification, audit, and performance improvement program.
  • Establish and lead the SQE integrated organization per WA and support global operational leadership responsibilities.

For This Role, You Will Need
