Westinghouse Electric Company LLC in Villejust, France, is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the QMS within a nuclear industry context. The role reports to the France Quality Manager and is based in a hybrid work environment.

We require a Master’s degree in Quality/Industrial Engineering with 5+ years of experience, fluent English, and strong collaboration skills to drive corrective actions and monitor performance indicators.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Quality/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a quality-focused role.
• Knowledge of quality standards, regulatory requirements, and nuclear industry expectations.
• Proficiency in quality analysis methods and tools.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

About the role:

As part of the Quality Team your mission will be to contribute to the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and its continuous improvement.

You will report to the France Quality Manager and be located at Villejust, France.

Model of work: hybrid.

We would like you to start in February 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Management System :
• Help maintain Quality Management System procedures.
• Pilote for the Corrective Action process:
  • Support and monitor implementation in compliance with established procedures.
  • Lead weekly review committee meetings.
  • Issue performance and progress reports.
  • Conduct cause analyses and effectiveness reviews.
  • Contribute to the execution of internal audits.
• Monitor customer satisfaction.
• Maintain performance indicators and dashboards.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree (Bac+5), Engineering degree, or equivalent qualification with a specialization in Quality and Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a quality-focused role.
• Knowledge of quality standards, regulatory requirements, industrial codes, and customer expectations within the nuclear industry.
• Proficiency in quality analysis methods and tools.
• Dynamic, proactive for driving initiatives and suggesting improvements.
• Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at different levels of the organization.
• Autonomous and accountable.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
