  • Process owner of the Performance Management process at company level.
  • Guarantee a lean, strategy‑aligned performance management process executed on time and linked with all derived processes (including the “Top Page”).
  • Drive and animate the key communities related to EMS, documentation, and performance (process owners, document controllers, KPI owners), ensuring adherence to company processes and standards.
  • Maintain coherence between performance management and enterprise risk management through collaboration with the ERM team.
EMS & Process Governance
  • Define, maintain, and improve the EMS framework and business process architecture.
  • Establish and deploy BPM methods and standards for process modeling, reengineering, and digitalization.
  • Lead and support the community of process owners and architects to apply EMS/BPM standards and maintain processes in line with company guidelines.
  • Support process owners in designing and updating processes and leveraging digital tools and workflows.
  • Lead the EMS & Process Governance / Performance Manager and analyst team; steer the EMS transformation program.
Documented Information Governance
  • Define, maintain, and improve the documented information process, including policies, procedures, classification rules, templates, and workflows.
  • Lead the company‑wide community of Document Controllers to align with documentation processes and rules, and to provide training, support, and best‑practice sharing.

  • Monitor and prevent unjustified document proliferation, promoting simplification and removal of redundant or obsolete documents.
  • Collaborate closely with the IT / Digital / EMS tool teams to align tooling with business needs and governance requirements.

  • Drive and support the Performance Management community.
  • Collaborate with the ERM team to align performance and risk at the management level.
  • Coordinate the deployment of KPIs: document, own, and review routine; consolidate results; produce integrated dashboards and clear analysis for management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure Performance Management outputs feed into management reviews, improvement plans, and QMS updates.
Leadership & Interfaces
  • Collaborate with QMS Standards & Certification to ensure EMS, documentation, and performance practices support ISO/IATF and other standards.
  • Collaborate with Audit Governance to ensure audit readiness and effective response to systemic findings.
  • Work with corporate and local organizations (Quality, Operations, HR, IT/Digital) for deployment, training, and change management.
Required Competencies & Experience

  • Experience in performance management and KPI frameworks (dashboards, review cycles, strategic alignment).
  • Managerial experience with managers or senior experts across multi‑site, transverse organizations.
Soft Skills
  • Strong strategic and system thinking, linking strategy, processes, documentation, tools, and KPIs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across organizational levels.
  • Proven change‑leadership ability to drive adoption of standards and tools in complex environments.
  • High communication, community animation, and facilitation skills, including steering committees, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Strong problem‑solving, prioritization, and decision‑making capabilities.
