Jobtailor in Île-de-France (Saint-Denis) seeks a seasoned Quality Lead to design and coordinate the organization's quality approach, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance across all levels. You will drive the quality management system within a continuous improvement framework and advise stakeholders on best practices.

You will conduct internal and external audits, monitor customer satisfaction, and define performance indicators, shaping documentation and regulatory monitoring with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Quality, PM, or Process Optimization.
• At least 5 years’ experience in quality and project coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Dynamic and meticulous; able to work cross-functionally.

Responsabilités

• Design and coordinate the organization's quality approach.
• Ensure consistency at all levels of the organization and its environment.
• Lead the quality management system within a continuous improvement framework.
• Advise stakeholders across the organization.
• Manage the quality system by defining and measuring performance indicators in accordance with ISO 9001.
• Monitor customer satisfaction by conducting surveys, analyzing feedback, and making recommendations.
• Conduct internal and external audits in collaboration with operational teams.
• Advise and support teams on management system matters.
• Lead risk analysis and recommend action plans.
• Maintain quality documentation and ensure regulatory monitoring.
