Job summary

ProductLife Group is seeking an experienced QPI Expert to support Quality and Pharmacovigilance activities for clients in the pharmaceutical sector. The role involves leading client discussions, defending PLG processes, and driving CAPA/NC resolutions, with a strong focus on PV training and QA initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in Quality and Pharmacovigilance in a Pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in client procedures, NC and CAPA for client.
• Trainer of OPS staff on Quality process (e.g. NC/CAPA).
• Support of GVP audits.
• Ability to lead working group with clients, take minutes on flight, propose solution.
• Client facing to defend PLG process and find compromises
