Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Qualified Person (QP) for our Templemars manufacturing facility in France. You will certify and release batches of medicinal gases, ensure GMP compliance, and maintain the Pharmaceutical Quality Management System.

You will work with cross-functional teams to uphold regulatory standards and support audits and inspections in an international environment. The role requires a Master’s in Pharmacy, at least 2 years in pharma quality/compliance, EU GMP knowledge, and English

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Pharmacy and eligibility to act as a Qualified Person (QP) in France.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Quality Control or Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of EU GMP requirements and pharmaceutical quality systems.
• Experience with batch certification and release activities.
• Familiarity with regulatory inspections and health authority interactions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English. Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Act as the site's Qualified Person (QP) and ensure GMP compliance.
• Certify and release batches of medicinal gases for commercial distribution.
• Ensure manufacturing, testing, and quality control meet specs and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and improve the Pharmaceutical Quality Management System.
• Lead and support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality and compliance.
