Job summary

ProductLife Group is seeking a senior Quality + Pharmacovigilance professional to drive client-focused quality programs across our global life sciences projects. You will shepherd procedures, CAPA/NC, and audits, while leading client working groups and presenting solutions that balance compliance and practical needs.

Candidates bring 8+ years in QA/PV in pharma, with strong experience in QMS tools (ENNOV, Trackwise, MasterControl, Veeva) and ISO 9001:2015.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Quality + Pharmacovigilance in pharma.
• Bachelor’s or higher in science or equivalent.
• Experience with QMS tools and PV processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client procedures management and QA activities.
• Lead CAPA/NC processes and client training on quality.
• Support GVP audits and client engagements.
• Lead cross‑functional working groups with clients.
• Prepare minutes and propose process improvements.
• Represent PLG to defend processes and negotiate compromises.

Required experience

8+ years’ experience in a Quality + Pharmacovigilance roles in a Pharmaceutical industry.

Required education
