VINCI Construction is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead all QA/QC activities on a major international construction project. The role requires coordinating across subcontractors, enforcing the Project Quality Management System, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements and standards.

The position is based abroad with on-site presence, including 9 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotations, and requires fluent English and strong leadership in multicultural environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in QA/QC management within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and international quality standards.
• Experience managing inspections, audits, testing activities, and non-conformity processes.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in demanding and multicultural environments.
• Experience working in remote project environments and camp-based operations.
• Ability to work in challenging environments with 9 weeks ON / 3 weeks OFF rotation schedules.
• Fluent English.

To support the successful delivery of a major international construction project in a challenging environment, we are looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager (M/F).

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across the project, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, applicable standards, and client expectations throughout all phases of execution.

This position will be based abroad and will require regular presence on site.

Reporting to the Project Director, your main responsibilities will include:
