West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking a QA professional to support the Le Nouvion-en-Thiérache site. You will manage quality systems, drive continuous improvement, and act as the interface with customers during audits.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in quality, with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with Lean Sigma and MS Office. Some travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3 years in a quality department, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and support customer, ISO and corporate quality audits.
• Lead investigations of OOS, complaints and deviations to identify root causes.
• Develop and implement audit plans and CAPA activities; prepare audit responses.
