Skyborn Renewables seeks a Public Affairs Manager to cover maternity leave at our Paris office. You will monitor EU and national policy developments affecting offshore wind and the energy transition, and help shape advocacy strategies.

You will lead preparation of position papers, engage with policymakers and industry stakeholders, and collaborate with Communications to align external messaging. Fluency in English and a relevant degree are essential, with 4+ years of public affairs experience.

Qualifications

• University degree in Political Science, European Studies, Public Policy, Law, Economics, International Relations or another relevant discipline.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in public affairs, government relations, public policy or related roles.
• Strong understanding of EU institutions, European policymaking and energy policy, ideally in renewables.
• Demonstrated experience engaging with policymakers and public authorities.
• Excellent analytical and written/verbal communication skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Monitor political, regulatory and legislative developments at EU and national level relevant to offshore wind and energy transition.
• Support development and execution of public affairs strategies aligned with Skyborn's objectives.
• Lead preparation of position papers, consultation responses and executive briefings.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen visibility and advocacy across European markets.
• Collaborate with Communications to align policy advocacy with external messaging.
