Job summary

Hager is seeking a Proxy Product Owner to steer the cloud platform for our digital ecosystem, reporting to the Digital Applications Manager in CSF. The role is based in Obernai or Paris (France) or Blieskastel (Germany) and offered on a permanent contract.

You will own requirements, translate business needs into scalable services, and coordinate with architects, developers, and product teams across locations to deliver Azure-based cloud capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in software development, preferably with C# and .NET.
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures, especially Microsoft Azure.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and ALM tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Ability to discuss, challenge and validate technical solutions with development teams.
• Bridging business expectations and technical implementation.

As a Proxy Product Owner, you will report to the Digital Applications Manager for Digital Building Tools within CSF (Connected Software Factory) team, based in Obernai or Paris (France) or Blieskastel (Germany) as part of a permanent contract.

What You Will Do?

• Own and prioritize requirements for the cloud platform supporting Hager's digital ecosystem.
• Translate business needs into scalable services and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, developers and product teams across multiple locations.
• Guide and coordinate development activities delivered by internal and external partners.
• Shape and improve Azure-based cloud services and reusable platform capabilities.
• Ensure the product backlog is aligned with business value, technical feasibility and strategic priorities.

What About You?

• Previous experience in software development, ideally with C# and .NET technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and ALM tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Ability to discuss, challenge and validate technical solutions with development teams.
• Comfortable bridging business expectations and technical implementation.
• Several years of professional experience in software products, platforms or digital solutions.
