Job summary

Hager Group is seeking a Transformation Manager for its Energy Management BU, based in Saverne, Obernai, Paris (France) or Blieskastel/Osnabrück (Germany) for a permanent role.

You will lead cross‑functional transformation initiatives, shape the operating model, and align stakeholders to deliver strategic objectives in an international environment.

• Drive execution, monitor progress and ensure delivery of key transformation objectives.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and remove barriers to success.

We are looking for our futur Transformation manager Energy Management based in Saverne or Obernai or Paris (France), or in Blieskastel or Osnabruck (Germany) for a permanent contract.

Context:

As part of the continued growth and transformation of our Energy Management Business Unit, we are looking for a Transformation Manager to support the integration and evolution of our organization. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping the future operating model, aligning stakeholders and driving strategic transformation initiatives across multiple entities.
