Morpho's Protocol team is expanding the core lending infrastructure and seeks a product leader to shape strategy, turning user needs into a focused roadmap, and driving execution from discovery to launch. You will partner with engineering, security, research, and go-to-market teams to own priorities and measure impact in a fast-moving crypto ecosystem.

You will work to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences, while maintaining a user-centric view and strong ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building technical products in fast-changing environments.
• Proven track record taking products from ambiguity through launch and iteration.
• Strong technical fluency to reason about system design and constraints.
• Excellent product judgment and ability to focus teams on high-impact work.
• Strong user discovery and synthesis across diverse user types.
• Experience leading cross-functional work without formal authority.
• Ability to define success using quantitative and qualitative evidence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially async.

Responsabilités

• Own the roadmap for Morpho's protocol team, prioritizing high-impact problems.
• Build and run a continuous discovery process with ecosystem participants.
• Translate user and market insights into clear requirements and success criteria.
• Partner with protocol, engineering, research, security, legal, and partnerships teams to drive initiatives.
• Evaluate tradeoffs and decide when to extend the protocol or simplify.
• Define and track signals of success and guide future investment.
• Communicate direction, decisions, tradeoffs, and release implications clearly.
• Improve how product decisions are documented as the ecosystem scales.
