Morpho is a leading DeFi lending protocol enabling open credit networks, with Paris-based or remote work options. This role steers which new credit markets Morpho pursues, defines what each market demands, and charts the path to unlock them.

You will coordinate with protocol, engineering, partnerships, marketing and legal to ship new loan categories. The successful candidate will design and run proofs of concept, map regulatory requirements, and drive sequencing across markets in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Proven track record bringing products to market in new markets.
• Experience in crypto, traditional finance, or fintech.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to drive decisions in highly ambiguous environments.

Responsabilités

• Own Morpho's strategy for expanding into new credit markets.
• Size net new markets including custodied Bitcoin, tokenized equities, undercollateralized credit and credit card receivables.
• Build and run the process to surface which institutions need across a range of use cases.
• Work with protocol, engineering, solutions, partnerships, marketing and legal to decide where to build vs partner; ship multiple loan categories.
• Design and run proofs of concepts with new counterparty types; scale a proven model.
• Map regulatory, compliance and registration requirements for new markets.
