Exotrail is seeking a Customer Project Manager for its Massy site to oversee propulsion projects from initiation through delivery. You will manage project plans, schedules, and budgets while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role interfaces with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure contracts and scope are met. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in project management, with space/propulsion exposure and startup experience being a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project management, ideally in space industry.
• Hands-on experience in space/propulsion subjects is a plus.
• Startup experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage electric propulsion customer projects from initiation to completion with detailed plans, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones in time, quality and cost.
• Interface between customer and Exotrail teams to ensure contractual obligations and customer expectations are met.
